New Zealand Elk Ltd’s Directors are a group of farmers dedicated to the supply of Elk venison to the New Zealand and international market. They believe strongly in the unique qualities that makes Supreme Elk meat so highly sought after.

 Jack Pullar, Director
Jack is a founding and life member of the NZ Elk Waptiti Society and his Elk Stud; Little Bourne Wapiti is one of New Zealand’s first Elk studs. He is a well respected and long standing Champion of the Elk breed.
 Tom May , Director
Tom is a founding member and a past president of the NZ Elk Waptiti Society. Tom has farmed ELK for over 25 years at Mayfield Elk Farm, Winton. Mayfield Elk Farm is respected as one of New Zealand’s premium Elk studs.
 Tim Ruthven, Director
Tim is a Director of a number of export companies and comes from a farming family. |

Peter Carnahan, Chairman
Peter is an accountant and has been a Managing Director of some of New Zealand's most respected companies.
 Paul Waller, Director
Paul runs a large beef and deer farm in Lumsden and has identified the benefits of Elk as a breed over many years of farming deer. As such he is rapidly growing the number of Elk stock units on his property. |
